Our App right now is on BETA, so we are testing with a excluvie amount of users our platform. At the moment we are asking for a symbolic 12€ per month for the first 100 clients to help us improve the App for full deployment. This amount it's just to cover our expenses and to the development. Clients with a BETA account will always pay 12€ per month with full access to the all App with no limits, even after the official launch.
After the BETA testing we will define the new prices for the new accounts. This is something we didn't calculated yet and it will be announce closer to the full live version.
To create an account you will need to submit an request for us to analyse and determine if you could be one of our BETA testers. After your request, and if you are accepted for a BETA account, you will receive an email for you to register your account, business and store. There you can insert all your infomation, fill the payment details and you have created your Whalegistic account.

On your Dashboard you have the possibility to cancel your account on the "Settings" page. Under the "Subscription Payments" section it will show you the Subscription plan that you have subscribed currently. There, you have the option to cancel your subscription and stop the monthly/yearly payment.
It is to note that if you subscribe and cancel the subscription immediatly, you will not be able to refund your money because we had to take some operation charges for the opening of your subscription. Make sure that you select the right plan before signing it.
Our front-end website, is ready for mobile and for tablets, but our platform is not ready yet. We are developing the features to make it available for mobile devices, but for now we recommend to use our platform only on computers (Desktops and Laptops) with, at least, 12" screen size. This is recommended for better performance and display of graphics. For smaller screens the platform may not present any problems displaing the necessary information, but we can't garantee that.
In terms of Browsers we didn't detect any problems from different Browser navigators. If you find any issues with some Browser brands, please make sure to report to us, either on the Whalegistic dashboard or on our front-end website on the section: Report an Error.
